Tis the season to be jolly, fa la la la la la la la la (part two)

Tomorrow is New Years Eve and in typical British tradition we’re off to a party.  I’ll be taking the ingredients to make the wonderful pomegranate gin fizz, it’s absolutely delicious by the way and worth making if you’re having people round.  I do however appreciate others prefer straight fizz and the real stuff, Champagne, not the cheap Aldi Prosecco.  When I google Champagne offers one story the Daily Trash offers “Battle of the Bubblies: Tesco starts price war” who cares enough to read it? But we can take advantage of it.

Champagne offers

Tesco

Lanson Rose Champagne, was £37.99 now £25.32.

Asda

Moet & Chandon Champagne Brut N/V, was £32.50 now £25.00.

Veuve Clicquot Yellow label N/V, was £35.00 now £30.00

Morrisons

Taittinger Brut Reserve NV, was £36.99 now £25.00.

They are the best Champagne deals.  When I was looking at the Morrisons website the offers on red wine look really good, one I can’t resist to add is a Châteauneuf Du Pape Cuvée Tradition, was £14.99 now £10.99.

Happy New Year everyone.
