We are now officially in spring. At last. This winter has been way too long yet again for me. As the nights open up and the weather inches towards the warmer end of the thermometer, it’s only a matter of time before the first barbeque of the year. If you haven’t had yours already!
Spring turning into summer changes our dinner habits considerably. The Le Creuset collection goes into hibernation and in its place comes barbequed meats, fish and veggies along with every salad combination possible. I love this time of year.
